Søren F. Knudsen founded this more than 10 years ago, and Windwin Aps is today the company used for the professional activities of Søren F. Knudsen.
Activities are primarely business consulting, either throug consultancy agreement and/or non-executive supervisory board positions
During the 4 years as CEO of SE Blades, a subsidiary of Suzlon Energy Ltd, India, we ceated one of the industries best management teams. Together we optimized the entire cost base and through a combination of value based engineering, operation excellence, and various supply chain management strategies we decreased cost and lead times - and increased throughput.
Initially, with factories in India, China, and the US we restructured to meet demand.
A global service organisation ensured presense in all major markets.
During the 9 years as CCO, VP Sales and Marketing in LM Wind Power we diversified the customer base to include some og the worlds largest OEM's in the wind industry.
Business development took us to new locations in China, India, Canada, USA, Spain, and Poland, and we established the indutries best global coverage for our customers.
